Returns & Exchanges
To make a return submit your return request with your email address and order number.
You have 7 days from the delivery date for exchange or refunds
Apparels and handbags are returnable within 7 days of the delivery date. Items must be unwashed and unworn with tags attached and original packaging.
All items MUST be returned in protective packaging in which items where shipped in.
Damaged returns will NOT be accepted. Please note that shipping and handling fees are not refundable.
If you receive the wrong item or a faulty product we will cover the return cost.
Damaged merchandise, items with deodorants, scents and signs of wear will NOT be accepted and MAY be shipped back to you.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within 7-10 business days.
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items or promotional items cannot be refunded.
